Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a rehabilitation service that uses movement to help people recover from pain and injury. It seeks to improve pain, strength, and physical function. Physiotherapists can use a variety of techniques including exercise therapy, manual techniques, modalities (heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS, IFC, etc.) to help you achieve these goals.

      Josh graduated with a Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto after completing his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Through his schooling and into his career, Josh developed a special interest in treating patients with chronic conditions. He has experience working with people living with cancer, long-COVID and osteoarthritis. Josh also enjoys working with patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including sports injuries. He enjoys playing a variety of sports but especially enjoys basketball, volleyball and golf. In his spare time, Josh can be found outdoors with his family, or enjoying a good book.
